About the role:

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role ensures data integrity, supports reporting needs and facilitates smooth information flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input customer, account, and operational data from source documents into databases within specified timeframes
  • Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for entry
  • Review data for errors or deficiencies, correct inconsistencies, and validate output
  • Maintain and update digital archives, filing systems, and backup operations
  • Scan, print, and convert documents from physical to digital formats
  • Respond to internal queries and provide access to relevant data
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity, confidentiality, and security protocols
  • Generate reports and assist in data analysis when required
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or computer operations is a plus
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in Google Docs & Sheets, and data entry software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Basic understanding of database structures and reporting tools
  • Adaptability to new tools and technologies

Minimum Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent multitasking and project management skills


• Networking / Communication / Attention to details


• Creativity and Problem Solving


• A background in the luxury travel and/or luxury retail space would be a plus
