Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing, business operations, formulating and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency. The COO will also collaborate with various departments to enhance productivity and support the company's expansion plans. Key responsibilities include developing budget plans, monitoring financial performance, and optimizing processes to increase profitability and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing, fabrication and plant operations
  • Experience in Biomass related manufacting and operations
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance
  • Experience with Budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate across departments
  • Experience in the bioeconomy or agricultural sectors is a plus
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
