Ruby On Rails Developer

As a full stack developer, you will collaborate with other developers and project managers to create innovative solutions for our clients. We are seeking a team player who can solve complex problems with ease.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 years of industry experience working with Ruby on Rails
• Experience working with relational databases like MySQL (PostgreSQL or MariaDB is a plus)
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks/libraries for UI development
• Knowledge of using Git for version control
• Familiarity with AWS or any other cloud providers is a plus
• Excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a full stack developer, your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining full stack applications using Ruby on Rails
• Designing and working with database structures (primarily MySQL)
• Working collaboratively with team members to develop clean and readable code
• Collaborating with other team members for integration of APIs/debugging etc.
• Willingness to learn and implement new tools, gems, and packages
• Testing code to ensure readiness for deployment
• Recommending and executing improvements to current systems
• Performing code reviews
• Breaking down complex problems into simple tasks
• Providing inputs on system design and architecture
