Purpose of the role
To lead the development and execution of the bank's Data & Analytics strategy, aligned with the bank's overall business goals and risk appetite, ensuring data is used effectively to drive business growth, optimise operations, and mitigate risks.
Accountabilities
- Enablement of Business or Function Unit Strategy through fostering and embedding a comprehensive understanding of how data can be used, bringing thought leadership on best practices and new capabilities to deliver Business outcomes. .
- Adherence to data policies standards and controls and inform this over time, driving Data Quality in support of use cases.
- Partnership with the Business or Function leadership to lead the definition and prioritisation of data use cases, business data products and their implementation and realisation of benefit.
- Prioritisation of activity required for Data and Analytics and challenge the overall end to end design and architecture.

- Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise

This role will be instrumental in establishing the Compliance Digital Services Team, which is central to delivering of the Compliance Digital Vision and Strategy. The successful candidate will support the onboarding and migration of key Compliance processes onto strategic platforms, managing digital workflows, driving operational efficiency, driving service delivery and enabling senior stakeholders with key data analytics and insights.
Additionally, the role will oversee the enhancement of the team's stakeholder and user support framework, with a strong focus on delivering technical assistance and help desk support to Compliance colleagues.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as Digital Services, as well as job-specific skillsets.
To be successful as a "Digital Services-BA4", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
1. Experience operating within a Service Delivery environment.
2. Strong understanding of Risk and Control frameworks.
3. Exposure to Instructional Design and Training Delivery.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
1. Experience of working in a Compliance function or role.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage a Technical Book of Work.
3. Practical experience with Case Management, Workflow Management or Customer Relationship Management Platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
This role will be based out of Pune.
