Invoteo Future Pvt Ltd, a leading smart home, security, and ELV solutions provider in Kerala, is seeking a skilled ELV Engineer to manage installation, supervision, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced ELV systems for premium residential and commercial projects.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, detail-oriented professional who can handle multi-site projects, lead technicians, and ensure world-class system performance.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & Project Execution

• Oversee and manage installation of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address Systems, Video Door Phones, and Structured Cabling.
• Ensure all work follows design drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate daily tasks with technicians and ensure quality workmanship at site.

2. System Installation & Integration

• Supervise cabling, wiring, equipment mounting, and system configuration.
• Ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with building networks and other equipment.
• Verify installation accuracy before testing and commissioning.

3. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Perform detailed system testing, calibration, and configuration.
• Ensure every ELV system operates smoothly and meets performance standards before handover.
• Rectify issues by identifying root causes quickly and efficiently.

4. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues arising during installation or operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and replace defective components when needed.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare accurate installation logs, test reports, site progress updates, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain updated documentation for all completed systems.

6. Client,Team & Contractor Coordination

• Interact with clients,Team,consultants, and contractors to ensure project clarity and address technical concerns.
• Represent Invoteo with professionalism and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.

7. Safety & Quality Compliance

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, industry guidelines, and Invoteo's quality policies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe working practices at all job sites.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ELV installation and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge in:
• CCTV (IP/Analog)
• Access Control
• PA Systems
• Structured Cabling (Cat6/Fiber)
• Networking basics
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and cable schematics.

Preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and team-handling capability.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala and work flexible site schedules.
• Valid Indian Driving License (preferred, but not mandatory).
