 Job Summary:

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the manufacturing facility to ensure uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Attend customer complaints

2 Understand complaints and identify root cause

3 Visit client site

4 Analyse and rectify complaints

5. Provide solutions for closing of complaint case

6 Prepare and submit service reports

7 To collect customer satisfaction report.

8 Submit all the reports  to dept HOD

9 Ready to travel all over India for site visits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: ITI (Electrician Trade) — NCVT/SCVT certified.

Experience: 0–1 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred.

Salary Range:

The monthly CTC would be between 15000 to 18000 & job location would be Dahisar East in Mumbai & local candidates residing in Western suburbs who can work on site only need to apply for the same
