What will you drive?

As a BI team player, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and challenging technical projects involved in Business Intelligence, within our organization. Following are your key responsibilities for the role:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: At CARS24, we thrive on insights derived from data. Your role would involve harnessing data-backed insights to inform decisions across all functions. Whether its refining strategies, optimizing processes, or implementing innovative solutions, your analytical prowess will be instrumental.
  • Core of Business Efforts: The BI team holds a pivotal position, bridging data with business context to steer all departments towards organizational objectives. Your expertise will be essential in aligning business heads with our overarching goals, using data as the compass guiding our collective efforts.
  • Collaboration with Product Managers & Business Stakeholders: Here you will be working alongside a team of BI riders along with partnering closely with product managers and business stakeholders. You'll delve into user problem statements, deciphering insights to drive solutions. Your analytical acumen will play a vital role in shaping user-centric strategies and enhancing our offerings.
  • Research and Implementation of Analytics Solutions: As a BI team member at CARS24, you'll be tasked with researching, formulating, and implementing exciting and innovative analytics solutions. These solutions will serve as accelerators, empowering functional heads and senior management to craft strategies that foster business growth and development on a continual basis.

Who are we looking for?

  • Expertise in Motion: Are you a whiz with SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel? We're in need of individuals who wield these tools with mastery, utilising them to their utmost potential to drive impactful outcomes for our automotive ecosystem.
  • Data Architect: Seeking a talented individual with a B.Tech, B.E. or a strong background in Statistics or Mathematics. Join us to leverage your expertise in shaping data-driven solutions and driving innovation
  • End-to-End Ownership: Our ideal candidate is someone who relishes taking complete ownership of their projects, from comprehending the intricacies of business expectations to crafting strategic approaches, executing ETL processes, delving deep into data exploration, uncovering invaluable insights, and effectively communicating discoveries. You'll be at the helm of propelling solution implementation in close collaboration with our business partners.
  • Passion for Data Drive: If you have an inherent passion for working with data, transforming raw information into actionable insights, we want you on our team. Whether it's spotting emerging trends, identifying untapped opportunities, or fine- tuning processes, your fervor for data-centric decision-making is what sets you apart
  • Experience Counts: With a minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role. Your fresh perspective equips you with the insights and skills needed to navigate the complexities of automotive data landscapes and deliver tangible results.
