Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Technical Consultant OLFM Specialist

Experience: 8–10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Shift Timing: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Lease and Finance Management (OLFM/OKL). The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge of OLFM modules and related Oracle EBS components, with proven experience in designing and developing custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical development and support for Oracle EBS R12.1/R12.2 OLFM (OKL) modules.
  • Design and develop custom components, extensions, and interfaces using SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Apps tools.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues across OLFM and peripheral modules such as AR, AP, FA, INV, SLA, EB-Tax.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data analysis, migration, and integration tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle EBS architecture and data model standards.
  • Provide technical documentation and support for deployments and upgrades.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including senior management, business users, and IT teams.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 OLFM (OKL).
  • Strong understanding of OLFM data structures, features, and EBS technical architecture.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Apps Technical, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in designing and developing customizations and extensions.
  • Good knowledge of related modules: AR, AP, FA, INV, SLA, EB-Tax.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client interactions professionally.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site with clients and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
