Job Summary:

Peevees Public School, Nilambur, invites applications from qualified and experienced educators for the position of PGT – Biology to handle higher secondary CBSE classes (Grades XI & XII). Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Prepare students for board examinations through effective teaching strategies and regular assessments.
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and lab-based learning activities.
  • Encourage inquiry-based learning and critical thinking among students.
  • Maintain academic records and evaluate student progress.
  • Contribute to departmental planning, school events, and science exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Biology or Life Sciences from a recognized university.
  • B.Ed. is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE Higher Secondary classes.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in technology-based teaching is preferred.
