•Manage a team of 5 PSFs
•Cross-sell/Upsell FD & other investment products
•Acquisition target
•Catchment area mapping
•Data distributions to PSFs
•Conduct localized marketing eventsRequired Qualifications and Experience
•2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management
•Previous exposure/knowledge of customer service is essential
•Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business units / managers for managing day-to-day business
•Ability to effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures
•Ability to manage a team across a diverse range of processes within an operational environment.
•Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation of staff in an ever-changing environment
