We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled finance professional to lead our financial team as the Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and finance, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
