Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Jewellery Store

Experience: 1–4 years (Jewelry/Retail preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend walk-in customers and understand their jewelry requirements
  • Showcase gold and diamond, jewelry and explain product details
  • Assist customers in selection, billing, and order closing
  • Maintain display, cleanliness, and presentation of the counter
  • Handle basic billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure excellent service
  • Follow store policies, pricing, and security procedures

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in jewelry or premium retail sales preferred
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills, Hindi is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of gold/diamond purity and jewelry designs is an advantage
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused
  • Willingness to work weekends and festive seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
