Candidate Skills Requirements:

·      Experience in Python and frameworks such as Django and Flask

·      Experience in working with Git CI/CD

·      Good knowledge of HTML5, Angular and JQuery

·      Previous work experience in hosting django applications

·      Experience in OpenSSL, TLS configurations and Public Key Infrastructure

·      Experience in OWASP standards

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  1. Software Development & Architecture

  2. Design, develop, and implement robust applications using Python/Django/Flask or C#.

  3. Build scalable backend services and integrate with various databases.

  4. Ensure applications meet security best practices (OpenSSL, TLS, PKI, OWASP).

  5. Project Delivery & Quality

  6. Deliver high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code.

  7. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2008 documentation standards.

  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines.

  9. DevOps & Deployment

  10. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git.

  11. Deploy and host Django applications in secure environments.

  12. Ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime in deployments.

  13. Technical Leadership & Mentoring

  14. Provide technical guidance to junior developers.

  15. Review code for best practices, scalability, and security.

  16. Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

  17. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  18. Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver value-added solutions.

  19. Ensure timely communication and resolution of technical issues.
  20. Generate work completion certificates and achieve customer satisfaction milestones.

Key Performance Indicators:

· Quality - Quality of deliverables is tangible and is appreciated by customers.

· Well organized - Company documentation is well organized as per ISO 9001:2008.

· Customer appreciation - Acclaims from customers in terms of timely delivery and value addition.

· Regular generation of work completion certificates from customer.
