We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing our websites, forms, and mobile applications to ensure high-quality user experiences. You'll work closely with developers and other team members to identify issues, validate requirements, and help improve our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual testing for web and mobile applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
  • Test application forms including validation rules, field formatting, error messages, and field behavior (mandatory fields, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, etc.).
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide constructive feedback.
  • Log, track, and manage defects in the issue-tracking system.
  • Document test results clearly and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and product quality.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual, functional, regression).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Understanding of web and mobile platforms, browsers, and testing across devices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for quality and improving user experience.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
  • Knowledge of Agile development processes.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python) to assist in writing test scripts and understanding code.
  • Familiarity with security testing and identifying vulnerabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
