Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market company products and services in the industrial and marine sectors.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounting entries related to sales.
• Maintain and monitor inventory records, ensuring stock availability and accuracy.
• Prepare reports on sales, marketing activities, inventory, and outstanding payments.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.

Desired Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing/sales (industrial or marine sector preferred).
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and inventory management (basic accounting skills desirable).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/accounting/inventory software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
