Technical Expertise

  • 8–12 years of hands-on experience in
    Pega platform development
  • Pega Smart Investigate 8.X
    experience is
    mandatory
  • Strong understanding of
    PRPC Integration Services
    : Rule-Connects/Services, Activities, Declarative Processing
  • Skilled in
    REST APIs, JSON
    , and
    Kafka Topics & Data Flows
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex systems and business processes using Pega

Functional Skills

  • Proven experience in
    Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech
    environments
  • Strong grasp of
    Client-Server and Digital Applications
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodology
    and best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation
  • Ability to ensure quality across technical and application architecture
