Job Description

We're looking for a detail‑driven Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with strong expertise in plant engineering, HVAC systems, and cGMP equipment. If you excel in troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, ensuring safety compliance, and driving preventive maintenance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, this opportunity in Malanpur, M.P is for you.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for attending / rectification of mechanical breakdowns in the plant through job orders / permits.
  2. Responsible for maintenance of HVAC's system and ETP.
  3. Responsible for getting the material from Engineering Store for the respective work to be carried out.
  4. Responsible to attend the breakdown/ maintenance work pending from previous shift and maintain the house keeping at the work place.
  5. Responsible for CCM open and modification in assign plant.
  6. Responsible to carry out the preventive maintenance / overhauling of cGMP equipment, critical equipment and its subparts etc. as per schedule.
  7. Maintaining and updating general shift logbook/history card on daily basis.
  8. Responsible for Permit issuance & safety compliance of assigned plant.
  9. Responsible for Job order/Permit tracking of assigned plant.
  10. Responsible for CCM/CAPA/ SLT tracking of assigned plant.
  11. Responsible fin· OPEX board management of engg.
  12. Responsible for CAPA and deviation closure and updation to plant of assigned plant.
  13. Housekeeping of workshop, plant area and outside premises in which he is working.
  14. Responsible for upkeepment of equipment yard and scrap management.
  15. Ready for any kind of external and internal Audits.
  16. Maintain the Plants as per safety and GMP Guide line.
  17. Responsible for completion of SLT and safety points compliance m assigned plant.
  18. Carry out mechanical LOTO as per Safety Guide lines.
  19. Maintain documents as per GMP guidelines.
  20. Responsible for PM closure, CCM approval and Batch card approval.
  21. To perform plant rounds and verification of site compliance activity.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have: 

Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
