We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and content-rich digital experiences leveraging Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud. This role is ideal for professionals focused on community portals, digital ecosystems, and solutions that meet Salesforce best practices and ESG/regulatory standards.

Experience Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with significant involvement in Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud projects
- Proven experience developing community portals and CMS-driven experiences
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and work effectively in agile environments
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom UI development and enhancement

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build branded, responsive Experience Cloud sites using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), Flows, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud for seamless lead management, partner engagement, and case workflow automation
- Implement and manage Salesforce CMS, including CMS Collections and personalized content delivery
- Ensure UI consistency by adhering to the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) guidelines
- Develop reusable and modular components, contributing to internal libraries for triggers, integrations, and exception handling
- Implement security features, including SSO, MFA, and secure sharing models aligned with governance, accessibility, and ESG compliance
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and designers
- Use CI/CD tools like GitHub and project tracking tools such as JIRA
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance in all user interfaces

- Reusable Component Development: Creating modular, maintainable components and frameworks covering triggers, flows, and integrations
- Security & Compliance: Experience with SSO, MFA, secure sharing models, and alignment with ESG/regulatory standards
- Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for designing and customizing user interfaces
