We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads/sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, blogs) tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Engage with the community: respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience in graphic design/video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of SEO and influencer collaborations.
