About RoundGlass Sports:
RoundGlass Sports is transforming sports in the state of Punjab by creating an environment that's both desirable and equitable, building infrastructure, training and motivation through an Academy and Grassroots program to help players reach their full potential. Our focus is on bringing world class standards to RoundGlass Punjab Football Club and The RoundGlass Sports Academy which will support the development of talent in football, hockey and tennis, underpinned by the principles of wholistic wellbeing.

The role of the Sponsorship and Partnerships Manager entails identifying, securing, and nurturing advantageous associations with sponsors and partners. This is done to uphold the goals and objectives of RoundGlass Sports and Punjab Football Club.

What you'll do:

• Identify potential sponsors through market research and industry networks.
• Develop customized sponsorship proposals tailored to potential sponsors' objectives and interests.
• Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, regional, and international partners.
• Collaborate with partners for joint initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing and events teams to ensure sponsorship activations are executed efficiently.
• Regularly liaise with sponsors and partners to ensure their satisfaction and explore opportunities for deepening the relationship.
• Oversee the target setting/budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking of sponsorship and partnership contributions.
• Ensure all partnerships deliver a favorable return on investment, both financially and in alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sponsorship and partnership initiatives, outcomes, and financials to senior management.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to stay ahead in the sponsorship landscape.
• Explore other revenue opportunities such as Merchandising, Ticketing etc.

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or a related field, preferably in the sports industry.
• Strong network within the sports sponsorship and corporate sector.
• Demonstrable track record of securing high-value sponsorships and managing complex partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, Strong verbal and written communication abilities & proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A creative thinker with progressive ideas; able to think strategically, yet focus on execution; with proficiency in driving high impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, print, advertisement etc.)
• Tech and start-up savviness with ability to strategize in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to function effectively in a diverse multi-disciplinary and international team environment.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational and negotiation skills
• Driven by a deep interest and passion in the domain of Sports and Wellbeing through Sports
