Real Estate Executive
Location: Mira Road to Naigaon (Local Candidates Preferred)
Position: Real Estate Sales / Marketing Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and online platforms.
Meet prospective buyers, show properties (flats).
Maintain good relations with builders, brokers, and property owners.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle site visits and coordinate with clients until closing the deal.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate or post graduate
Experience in Real Estate / Sales / Marketing preferred.
Must have good communication (Hindi/English/Marathi preferred).
Knowledge of Mira Road, Bhayandar, Vasai–Naigaon areas is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience) Attractive Incentives on sales.
Training and growth opportunities in the real estate industry.
Work Timings:
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (including weekends, weekly off on weekdays).
