About the Role:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced QA/QC Specialist to join our Real Estate Development vertical. The role will be critical in establishing and maintaining quality processes across our residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring best-in-class delivery standards as we scale our business. This position will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the project management, design, construction, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure full compliance with design intent, specifications, statutory regulations, and the companys quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management Systems:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QA/QC processes and SOPs for real estate development projects.
  • Establish checklists, inspection protocols, and stage-wise approval processes for all phases of development.
  • Lead pre-construction and post-construction quality audits.

Project Oversight:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, material standards, workmanship, and safety norms.
  • Proactively identify potential quality risks or deviations early and collaborate with teams to resolve issues before escalation.
  • Work with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive a culture of quality excellence.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed QA/QC reports highlighting non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain systematic records of inspections, certifications, test reports, and approvals.
  • Provide weekly/monthly quality updates to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Process Improvement & Training:
  • Recommend and implement new tools, technologies, and global best practices in construction quality management.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions for site teams, contractors, and vendors on updated quality standards.

Vendor Evaluation:

  • Participate in the evaluation and pre-qualification of contractors, suppliers, and consultants from a quality standpoint.
  • Support procurement teams with technical assessments during bidding and vendor selection.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the real estate development or high-end construction industry.
  • Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, MEP systems, finishing standards, and material specifications.
  • Prior experience with luxury residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects will be strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to be hands-on, conduct detailed site inspections, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership and provide clear, actionable insights.
