We are now looking for a 
passionate Content Writer & Brand Storyteller
 who can capture the essence of Ayurveda, translate it into modern narratives, and engage our customers across digital platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Content Writer / Storyteller, you will be the 
voice of Navavedam Wellness
, creating meaningful, authentic, and engaging content across all channels:

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Write compelling 
    product descriptions, website content, packaging inserts, and email/WhatsApp flows
    .
  • Craft 
    story-driven campaigns
     that highlight Ayurveda, natural living, and customer transformation.
  • Develop 
    blogs, articles, and guides
     on Ayurveda, skincare, and wellness to educate customers.

Digital Marketing Content

  • Create content for 
    social media posts, reels, short videos, and ads
     in collaboration with graphic designers & video editors.
  • Write catchy headlines, captions, and scripts aligned with campaigns.

Customer Engagement Content

  • Draft empathetic & informative content for 
    automated customer journeys
     (thank-you notes, product usage guides, lifestyle tips, upsell recommendations, and feedback follow-ups).

SEO & Performance

  • Research Ayurvedic keywords & trends, optimize blogs and product pages for 
    organic growth
    .
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure content drives engagement and conversions.

Brand Voice & Consistency

  • Maintain a 
    consistent, modern-Ayurvedic tone of voice
     across all platforms (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, offline brand experience center).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Background in 
    Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, Ayurveda/Wellness writing
     or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in content writing / brand storytelling (wellness/beauty/skincare industry preferred).
  • Strong grasp of 
    storytelling, brand voice, and copywriting
     for digital platforms.
  • Ability to simplify Ayurvedic concepts into 
    easy, modern, customer-friendly language
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing content
    .
  • Preferred: Experience writing 
    scripts for reels/videos
     or working with creative teams.
