Director – Performance Marketing

About the Role:
We are seeking a battle-hardened Performance Marketing Expert to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the central strategy team. You will not just execute campaigns but define how they should be executed across different verticals. You will be the "go-to" person for complex performance challenges across Lead Gen, E-commerce, and App Growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Vertical Expertise:
Design and oversee high-level performance strategies for clients across
BFSI, Real Estate, Travel & Tourism, and D2C
. - Full-Funnel Management:
Expert capability in managing the entire funnel—from high-volume Lead Generation to bottom-funnel E-commerce sales and App Acquisition/Retention. - Platform Mastery:
Deep technical understanding of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, UAC), Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms. - Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize advanced Excel and analytics tools to audit accounts, identify leakage in the funnel, and optimize CPA/ROAS. - Strategic Consulting:
Act as an internal consultant for existing client teams to troubleshoot underperforming accounts and unlock growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
6–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in an agency or high-growth startup environment. - Industry Exposure:
Must have managed campaigns in at least two of the following sectors: BFSI, Real Estate, or Travel. - Analytical Rigor:
Excellent with numbers, comfortable with large datasets in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Forecasting). - App Marketing:
Proven experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and App campaigns is a significant plus.
