We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in .NET Core, Angular, and handling ERP projects. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications while managing a team of developers. Strong expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and ERP .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET and Angular developers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • ERP Project Management:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Application Development & Architecture:
  • Design and develop robust, secure, and scalable applications using .NET Core, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
  • Architect and implement Microservices and SOA-based solutions for ERP systems.
  • Cloud & DevOps Implementation:
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like Azure/AWS.
  • Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure ERP systems are aligned with business objectives and deliver expected outcomes.

Technical Skills Required:

  • .NET Technologies: Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC.
  • Frontend Development: Proficiency in Angular 12+ and JavaScript frameworks.
  • ERP Systems: Experience in implementing and managing ERP projects, preferably with enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS for application deployment and management.
  • Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and ORM frameworks.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, and related tools.
  • Architecture Design: Expertise in Microservices, SOA, and API design patterns.
