Responsibilities

  • Create and design print and digital materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures etc.
  • Leverage AI tools to speed up creative production without compromising quality.
  • Help in editing and retouching images as needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.
  • Maintain a well-organized archive of design work.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites.
  • Creating image contents such Social Media post and ad graphics.
  • Experience of working on projects in graphic designing, visualization and conceptualization.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Synthesia, CapCut AI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in manual design & video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro, etc.).
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create vector infographics, logos and should be capable of creating vector illustrations from scratch
  • Should have a clear understanding of design requirements for different media platforms
  • Good understanding of color theory, perspective, cultural sensitivity, etc.
