Xapton is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Full Stack Developer (Angular + .NET)
with
10+ years of hands-on expertise
to augment the IT team of one of our key customers. This role demands strong technical leadership, architectural thinking, and the ability to work as a consultant who
drives change
, not just executes instructions. You will be responsible for leading several critical modernization and infrastructure upgrade initiatives, ensuring seamless transformation while keeping the customer's IT team informed, aligned, and empowered.

Responsibilities:

Modernization & Migration Initiatives

  • Lead the
    transition from on-prem infrastructure to cloud environments
    (Azure/AWS preferred).
  • Upgrade legacy
    .NET Framework applications (4.8)
    to
    .NET 8/10
    .
  • Guide the migration from
    .NET Framework to .NET Core
    including architectural redesign where needed.
  • Support implementation of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Leadership

  • Act as a
    trusted technical leader
    , proactively identifying improvements and driving architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer's IT team, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and alignment.
  • Provide clear communication on progress, risks, timelines, and technical recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide IT team members as they shift into stronger DevOps roles.

Full Stack Development

  • Design and implement scalable front-end applications using
    Angular (latest versions)
    .
  • Build robust back-end services and APIs using
    .NET Core / .NET 8+
    .
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience
    as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Angular
    (Components, RxJS, TypeScript, state management)
  • .NET Core / .NET 6–10
    , C#, Web API
  • .NET Framework
    and migration strategies
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • Proven experience driving modernization and infrastructure upgrade initiatives.
  • Solid exposure to
    DevOps tools and practices
    (CI/CD, pipelines, automation).
  • Excellent communication, articulation, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, drive decisions, and influence outcomes.
