The Operations Manager – Analytics will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making by leveraging advanced data analytics. This role demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Job Purpose:

Collaborate with business and functional heads to identify and prioritize operational needs.

Handle large structured and unstructured datasets for analysis.

Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data.

Explore machine learning applications for solving logistics challenges in India.

Provide insights to improve supply chain and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify actionable insights that enhance efficiency and cost savings.

Business Modelling & Process Digitization: Develop business models, support process automation, publish KPIs, and resolve discrepancies with regional/HO teams.

Process Improvement & Optimization: Utilize Databricks, Python, and SQL to create scalable data solutions and streamline processes.

Dashboards & Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards/reports in Power BI to support decision-making.

KPI Development & Tracking: Establish mechanisms to monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with regional teams to address operational challenges through analytics-driven solutions.

What You Need

Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science/Statistics/Analytics

Must-Have Experience:


• 4–8 years in data analytics


• Supply chain/logistics exposure (huge plus)


• Hands-on analytics — not just theory

Prior exposure to supply chain optimization and predictive analytics is desirable

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python, SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks, Spark

Strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization.

Proven ability to work with large datasets and derive business insights.
