Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits for clients across various industries
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Manage direct and indirect tax assignments including return filings, tax planning, tax audits, and GST compliance
  • Advise clients on regulatory matters including FEMA, Companies Act, and other relevant statutes
  • Provide consultancy in matters of accounting, finance, and business structuring
  • Handle assessment and litigation matters before tax authorities
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively
  • Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members
  • Keep up to date with prevailing regulations, amendments, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with valid ICAI membership , Qualified Cost Accountant
  • 05 years of post-qualification experience (Freshers may apply; experience with a CA firm is preferred)
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, GST and audit procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office, Tally, and accounting/audit software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • High level of integrity and commitment
