Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with reciprocating and screw compressors ammonia / Freon refrigeration plants, and chillers.
• Experience in utility systems such as cooling towers, pumps, and air dryers.
• Perform routine checks, oil topping, filter cleaning/replacement, belt inspection, and drainage of condensate
• Ensure safe operation of pressure vessels, compressor units, and refrigeration systems as per IBR and PESO norms.
• Handle refrigerants (Ammonia/Freon) carefully with full PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain proper ventilation, emergency shutdown knowledge, and safety checklist compliance.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on air compressors, refrigeration units, and related utility systems
• Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
