We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Team Lead to manage our support team and ensure high-quality customer service across phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Customer Support team.
  • Oversee daily operations and handle escalated customer issues.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present performance insights to management.
  • Monitor KPIs, track team performance, and ensure service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints quickly.
  • Conduct regular training and maintain accurate support records.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Team Lead or Senior Customer Support Executive preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English & Tamil required; Malayalam/Hindi/Kannada/Telugu preferred.
  • Ability to manage and handle a customer support team efficiently.
  • Strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in Customer Support/BPO roles is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
