Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support recruitment and HR operations for our UK-based hospitality business from the back office in Connaught Place. This role will provide exposure to end-to-end HR processes and a strong learning platform in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for hospitality roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain HR databases and recruitment records.
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Prepare basic recruitment/HR reports.
  • Assist in employee engagement and HR documentation activities.

Requirements

  • M.B.A in HR with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
  • Should be comfortable working in evening shift timings.
