Job Overview: The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our beverage products within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and sales strategy improvements.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Promotional Activities: Implement and manage promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to boost product visibility and market penetration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the FMCG sector, preferably with a focus on beverages or related products.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
