Job Description – Lead Software Engineer

  Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions with the team by following development processes (like SOLID principles, TDD, code reviews…)Maintain team coding processes and standards to produce quality, clean, efficient code with an eye toward maintainability, interoperability and performanceWork with the team on project planning and deliveryMentor developers of all skill levels on software development best practicesHelp identify areas of technical debt as well as help define a technical roadmap to incrementally address themBring forward ideas to innovate and work with the team to transform ideas to reality.Promote team accountability and autonomy

 Required Skills

10+ years of software development experience Extensive experience working across the full stack – database, backend and front endStrong modern client-side Javascript skillsStrong knowledge of software design, software architecture, and programming best practicesProficient with .Net Framework and .Net CoreStrong OO skills and extensive programming experience in C#.Proficient with building single page applications (SPA) using React.Proficient with building RESTful web services using Web APIProficient with database design and SQLProficient with Entity Framework and LinqProficient in the use of Visual Studio, source control and continuous integration and deployment tools in DevOpsStrong experience with agile development methodologies and unit testing
