Role Overview
We are seeking a Generative AI Developer with strong expertise in Python-based AI/ML development and .NET technologies to design, build, and deploy intelligent, enterprise-grade solutions. This role focuses on developing and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities into scalable applications, enabling business innovation and automation.

You will collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions while ensuring performance, security, and scalability across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions using LLMs and generative AI models.
  • Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate models for specific business use cases.
  • Integrate generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and automation scripts.
  • Develop AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Implement best practices for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor.
  • Integrate AI services with .NET-based applications via REST APIs and microservices.
  • Deploy AI models and applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI and application deployments.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 to 9 years of overall software development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor).
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend integration.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Azure AI Services, OpenAI API, or similar AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and SQL.
  • Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices for AI and enterprise applications.

Nice To Have / Preferred

  • Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, or Cognitive Services.
  • Exposure to MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (preferred).
  • Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer or equivalent certification (preferred).

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
