Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Technician / Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices (hardware and software issues).
  • Replace and calibrate components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and logic boards.
  • Perform software updates, firmware flashing, and data backup/restoration.
  • Conduct quality checks after repairs to ensure device functionality and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company repair standards and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding device care and usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and turnaround time.
  • Keep up to date with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile device repair or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Android and iOS operating systems.
  • Proficient in soldering, micro-soldering, and circuit-level repairs (preferred).
  • Ability to diagnose both hardware and software issues accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in authorized service centers (e.g., Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, etc.)
  • Familiarity with repair tools such as microscopes, hot air rework stations, and multimeters.
  • Knowledge of inventory and repair management software.
  • Certification in mobile device repair (optional but an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
