Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Management professional to design, implement, and manage the KRA/KPI framework and Performance Management System (PMS) across our retail stores, corporate teams, production units, warehouse, and field staff. The role will also contribute to Learning & Development initiatives to improve employee capability and drive a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & KPIs

  • Design role-based KRAs & KPIs across retail, merchandising, production, supply chain, warehouse, CRM, and corporate functions.
  • Ensure KPIs are measurable, realistic, and linked to business outcomes such as sales, productivity, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Review and refresh KRAs/KPIs quarterly based on business and seasonal requirements.

PMS Execution & Analytics

  • Plan and execute annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure consistent and fair evaluation across locations and functions.
  • Analyze performance data to identify high performers, low performers, and support leadership in talent review discussions.
  • Support performance improvement plans (PIP) and track development actions.

Learning & Development Support

  • Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) through PMS data, store audits, and business feedback.
  • Support training calendar execution for retail, corporate, warehouse, and production staff.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain L&D MIS (coverage, cost, impact).

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong understanding of KRA/KPI frameworks and PMS processes.
  • Good knowledge of retail business metrics (conversion %, ATV, sell-through, inventory ageing, etc.).
  • Experience with HRMS / PMS tools, LMS, and performance dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in HR.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Performance Management and/or L&D (Retail fashion experience preferred).
