Job Summary

The Accounts Executive – Real Estate is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and transaction processing specific to property development, leasing, and sales activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with internal teams, handling client accounts, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Location - Sector 32, Noida

Compensation - 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Maintain and update general ledgers, journals, and real estate project accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and variance analysis for real estate projects.
  • Track project costs, construction expenses, and allocation of overheads.
  • Maintain records for property sales, lease agreements, rent collections, security deposits, and commissions.
  • Monitor escrow accounts, milestone payments, advances, and retention amounts.
  • Process revenue recognition based on project completion or handover stages (depending on company
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, customer ledgers, and project cost reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with property managers, sales teams, and project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, RERA (or local real estate authority), and company policies.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in filing statutory returns related to VAT/GST, property taxes, and other real estate-specific filings.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, brokers, and service providers regarding invoices, payments, and accounts reconciliation.
  • Address client queries regarding payment schedules, outstanding balances, and contract terms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting, with preferably at least 2 years in real estate.
  • Good knowledge of real estate accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
