Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Scholar in Sustainable Materials (Bio-Based Polymer Innovation), located in Bengaluru. The Research Scholar will be responsible for conducting research on bio-based polymers, developing innovative sustainable material solutions, executing experimentation and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications, and ensuring compliance with environmental and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bio-based polymers and sustainable materials
  • Skills in research, experimentation, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in collaboration and teamwork for cross-functional projects
  • Strong problem-solving and innovation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the textiles industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
