The candidate must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Video Editing, with the ability to shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media marketing. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and content creation, particularly for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create engaging visual content (graphics, images, videos, reels) for digital and social media platforms.
Design marketing materials such as banners, posters, menus, brochures, and digital ads.
Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media posts, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Edit and enhance photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand-consistent creative assets.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media trends, and best practices.
Work closely with influencers, content creators, and marketing professionals to produce compelling campaigns.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all designs align with brand identity and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the F&B, Hospitality, or Advertising/Marketing industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Strong photography and videography skills with the ability to shoot and edit high-quality content using a smartphone or camera.
Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design, social media content, and video projects is required.
