Urban Organica is a fast-growing FMCG brand focused on delivering high-quality products that resonate with today's modern consumers. We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to bring our brand vision to life through packaging, digital, and print design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design
    eye-catching packaging
    that stands out on retail shelves.
  • Create engaging
    social media creatives, ads, and campaign visuals
    aligned with brand identity.
  • Design
    marketing collaterals
    including brochures, posters, standees, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maintain
    brand consistency
    across all platforms.
  • Develop
    product mockups
    and visual assets for e-commerce platforms.
  • Stay updated on
    FMCG design trends, consumer psychology, and competitor packaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in graphic design (FMCG/CPG experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects a plus)
    .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    packaging design & brand identity work.
  • Understanding of
    color psychology, typography, and printing processes.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
