Role Overview

We're looking for an
energetic, creative, and skilled UI/UX Designer
to join our team
onsite in Indore
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design
    user-centric web and mobile interfaces
    that combine visual appeal and usability
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clients to define requirements and user flows
  • Create
    wireframes, mockups, prototypes
    , and detailed user journeys
  • Apply
    UX research and data insights
    to enhance user engagement and experience
  • Design
    marketing assets, branding elements, and logos
    when needed
  • Maintain
    design systems and UI libraries
    for consistency across projects
  • Ensure designs are
    responsive, accessible, and visually cohesive

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years
    of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in a tech or agency setup)
  • Strong understanding of
    UX principles, information architecture, and user flows
  • Proficiency in tools like
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience in
    graphic design and branding
  • A sharp eye for
    visual hierarchy, typography, and consistency
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation
    skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
    with a strong startup mindset
