Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Contracts and Billing Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Haveli. The position involves preparing and reviewing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), managing billing systems with precise documentation, performing rate analysis, and quantity surveying. The role also includes analyzing data to ensure cost-effectiveness, collaborating with teams to ensure accuracy in all contracts and billings, and monitoring project progress for financial efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and proficiency in managing billing systems and Vendor Management, Material Management and Contracts Management.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and Negotiation skills to ensure accurate evaluations
  • Proficiency in rate analysis and quantity surveying for real estate or construction projects
  • Knowledge of contracts management and applicable regulations
  • Relevant academic qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in contracts and billing within the real estate or construction industry
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
