.Who Can Apply

* M.Com or MBA Graduates from any stream (freshers or up to 12 months of experience)

* Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)

* Confident, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment Required Skills* Active listening and ability to understand customer concerns

* Fluent English communication (verbal)* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

* Basic internet research capability

* Basic calculations for account reconciliations
