  • Process optimization: Conducting time and motion studies to improve work methods, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Factory layout and design: Designing efficient layouts for factory, production lines, and workstations to minimize material movement and transportation.
  • Production planning and control: Setting production targets, planning line balancing, and monitoring output to meet production needs and quality standards.
  • Performance analysis: Analyzing and reporting on KPIs, operator performance, and production bottlenecks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality control: Working with quality inspectors and operators to ensure the production process maintains high-quality standards and to reduce defects.
  • Worker training and safety: Developing training programs for employees and ensuring the implementation of safety measures and proper workstation design.
  • Cost reduction: Identifying and eliminating waste, from materials and time to defects and overproduction.
  • Core techniques and tools
  • Time study and motion study: Measuring the time it takes to complete tasks and analyzing the motions involved to find more efficient ways to perform work.
  • Line balancing: Distributing work evenly across all stations in a production line to prevent bottlenecks and maximize throughput.
  • Capacity study: Analyzing an operator's or a line's ability to produce work to set realistic targets.
  • Lean manufacturing tools: Applying concepts like 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to streamline workflows and eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • KPIs: Monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
