Qualification & Eligibility:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
• Age Limit: 21 – 35 years (as on
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years (for 12th pass) preferred
• Minimum 1 year (for graduates) preferred
• Experience with Banks/NBFCs preferred (1–3 years)
• Other Requirements:
• Must have a Bike with Valid Driving Licence
• Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account, Education Proof mandatory
• Local resident of the district for at least 3 years
• Must know local language (reading, writing, speaking)
• English and Hindi – preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads for Agri / SME Loans.
• Work on leads provided by the Bank.
• Review and renew existing Agri/SME loans.
• Conduct customer visits and verify loan documents.
• Interview applicants to determine loan eligibility.
• Collect and verify documents for pre- and post-sanction processes.
• Communicate with clients to provide or obtain information.
• Maintain updated loan and customer records.
• Build and maintain trust-based customer relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell relevant financial products.
• Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and guidelines.
• Adhere to all SBOSS/Client codes of conduct and data privacy norms.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with banking systems and loan applications
• Understanding of Agri/SME loan products
• Knowledge of KYC norms, loan documentation, and banking forms
• Experience with NBFCs, SHGs, or rural banking preferred
• Effective communication in local language
• Strong field coordination and reporting ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
