Job Description We are urgently hiring Call Center Executives having excellent customer service skills for our international Inbound process for both Day and Night shift.Process – Inbound Tech Sales Voice Process Job Role :
• Recommendation of technical help through easy steps
• Handling Inbound calls and Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills
• Software or Service packages to be sold
Both Day and Night Shift Only. Fixed Salary – upto Rs for experiences candidates Timings : Night Shift : 10.30PM TO 8.30AM / Day shift 8.30AM TO 6.30 PM Attractive Salary with Lucrative Incentives Fixed Salary on 1st of Every Month Daily Sales Incentives Monthly Sales Incentives Joining Bonus Rotational OFF. 6 days working.
Salary upto 25k
Candidate should have an experience of at least SIX months in International outbound tech process. Walkin going on Monday to Saturday from 11am to 5pm Adeeba E-Services Private Limited 603, 6th Floor, Shaila Tower J-1/16 Block EP & GP Salt Lake, Sector V Kolkata
