Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Fashion Designer located in Mumbai. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality fashion apparel in the women's western wear category. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new designs, conduct research on current fashion trends, create sketches and prototypes, and oversee the production process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a focus on designing and creating high-quality fashion apparel
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction
  • Excellent artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Minimum 5 years experience
