Job Title: Overseas Education Counsellor (UK | USA | Europe)

Location: Rajahmundry / Kakinada

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–4 years (Freshers with strong communication & confidence may also apply)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Study Abroad Counsellor who will guide students aspiring to study in the UK, USA, and European countries. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of international education systems, and the ability to support students throughout the application and visa process.

Key Responsibilities

Provide counselling to students regarding courses, universities, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and career paths

Shortlist suitable universities based on academic background and financial capability

Assist students in SOP writing, LOR guidance, university applications, CAS process (UK), and visa documentation

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education policies, admission timelines & visa guidelines

Support with UKVI, F-1 Visa, Schengen Visa preparation and mock interviews

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, universities, and training partners

Organise seminars, webinars, education fairs, and student engagement activities

Ensure high conversion from enquiry → admission → visa approval

Maintain student records in CRM and follow-up consistently

Required Skills

• Strong communication in English, Telugu, (Hindi desirable)
• Good knowledge of education systems in UK, USA, and Europe
• Professional writing ability (emails, SOP review, documentation)
• Sales mindset with result-oriented approachAbility to multitask and manage timelines
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Certification/experience in overseas consulting or admissions (advantage, not mandatory)
• Experience with UCAS, Common App, ApplyBoard, UCAS Hub, or similar platforms is a plus
