General Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and responsible General Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow within assigned departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, people management, and the ability to monitor work activities effectively while ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Supervise and monitor daily activities of staff, workers, or assigned teams.
  

• Allocate duties and responsibilities to ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
  

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity standards among team members.
  

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
  

• Conduct regular inspections to identify operational issues and provide solutions.
  

• Coordinate with management to communicate progress, challenges, and improvements.
  

• Train and guide new employees in work processes and workplace discipline.
  

• Maintain reports on workforce performance, daily output, and overall productivity.
  

• Support management in planning and implementing process improvements.
  

• Act promptly in case of escalations or urgent operational requirements.
  

• Minimum of a Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.
  

• 0 to 1 year of supervisory or team-handling experience (internship/industrial training experience can be considered).
  

• Basic knowledge of team coordination and workforce management.
  

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  

• Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel) preferred.
